Ashton Madiyiko is a Partner at ANPC Auditors and a qualified accountant (FCCA) with over 10 years of external audit experience across the Middle East and Africa, including more than eight continuous years in the GCC and UAE markets — up to Senior Audit Manager level.
He has worked across banking, financial services, private equity, manufacturing, and trading sectors, building strong expertise in complex financial environments. He brings deep knowledge of UAE financial regulations and laws, with a particular focus on audit methodology, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
At ANPC, Ashton leads engagement quality on the audit practice — bringing the documentation rigour and review discipline of a large-firm environment to the partner-led service model our mid-market clients need.

He is also highly experienced in delivering training on the implementation of IFRS 9, IFRS 15, and IFRS 16, and on broader IFRS compliance for finance teams.
